As for micro plastics, the county council woman Sonny pushed for the bag tax. Gee, how noble. Outlawing bags, saved the grocers and stores big money, that is the real reason behind it not to save the environment. But yet, not a peep out of these county council clowns about mylar baloons, and helium baloons and all the lighted flying and floating lanterns that are both wire and fire hazards. All extremely dangerous and toxic to the ecosystem and lake, yet not a single county council will act to outlaw them in the county or for that matter work to outlaw in the entire state. These crooks raised the Hotel Tax to a ridiculous 17.5% in 2019. That is more than NYC or Vegas. Oh its just a measly one percent, but all those millions go to the Jack Casino, the Sports complexes and stupid Rock Hall. Fast forward to 2024, we were looking to book a room in a moderately priced Cleveland hotel to The attend a music event. The price was $387.99 but with the 17.5% tax, an additional tax of $67.90 took the grand total to $ 455,89, along with an overnight parking fee our grand total was over $500 for one night. I dont blame the hotels, I blame these county council clowns who have created a dying downtown no wonder their convention center and medical mart fiasco sit empty. Needless to say, we had second thoughts and chose to forgo this entertainment. People need to get rid of these clowns, and reinstate the former 3 County Commissioner govt.

What really chaps us is that the $$$ is used to do a rock hall induction ceremony, the sports stadiums and the jack casino. REALLY? Damn greedy multi millionaires squeezing the locals and these county bums are their tool bags.

I've been waiting for a video like this. Here's what I observed: The modern food industry (Post-2020) is drastically different than decades ago. I see elderly in the audience and Dr. Seeholzer sees Adult and Senior patients. So viewers of this video might remember early '90s diets and ingredients. It was easy back then to take in 3grams of sodium. Now, it's easier to take in 5grams of sodium. Biochemically speaking, where osmosis is concerened, everything passes through sodium (sugar, salt, caffeine, nicotine, etc). The most common pain is inflammation. The trick is to continue to do what you're doing (listen to your doctor, basically). If you add 2x stocks of celery everyday, your body will not demand cravings of you. With decreased cravings, you will eat the portions you are supposed to and THAT decreases your sodium intake. Your body has to fix stuff and so you crave food, addicitive chemicals attach to that. By decreasing the craving for salt, you decrease the cravings for salt, sugar, caffeine, etc. Unless your doctor tells you not to clean your vegetables before eating them then try the following: soak 4x stocks of celery in a big pot of water, distilled white vinegar, lemon juice, iodized salt (1:1:1:1tablspoon ratio). That's a 1/2 cup of each for each stock of celery. Soak for 45 minutes, rinse, store half of that in the fridge and eat it in the next 36 hours. Juice the rest immediately. In addition to celery, it's that vinegar that really gets the job done. Suppose you have a muscle soreness and you chug 2 liters of celery juice- you will feel it go straight to the pain. Everyone I know personally, who has ever done this has had the same experience. Ever wish you could just chug a pain relief/gatorade? This is that pain relief gatorade and nothing else is. Eat 2x stocks of celery every day for 10 days in addition to doing whatever you want and then after that I don't care what you do- you'll be hooked. Eat it though. Juicing it isn't quite the same. But if you juice it, put the mush into a can of salsa or garnish your chicken with it, or whatever. You'll figure it out. This is a recipe and not medicine. Does this mean to always have 12x stocks of celery in the fridge at all times, forever? Yes. Everyone needs to do this. Bring the sodium down to 2grams/day and keep it there and don't quit. Doctors can't just give you recipes because it's not medicine. They have to strategically tell you basically what I'm telling you. There exist nutritionist and their method of reducing your sodium (pretty much all they do) is more expensive but that's ok because it overbills some other states' medicaid, and that's top priority.
